Influenced by the songs and personalities of legends like Waylon, Willie and Cash, he drives his sound with a gritty style and a rock n’ roll attitude. After 23 years in the Colorado scene, Ryan Chrys was one of the youngest to be inducted into the Colorado Country Music Hall of Fame in 2023. Touring band, Ryan Chrys & the Rough Cuts has been nominated in the Ameripolitan Music Awards, named Colorado Country Band of the Year, iHeartMedia Rocky Mountain Country Music Awards Songwriter of the Year, and have directly supported Dwight Yoakam, Shooter Jennings, The Bellamy Brothers, Blackberry Smoke, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and more. They regularly perform at major venues and festivals both nationally and internationally.
